We are passionate about innovation and embedded system design

Pulseforma LLC is based in the US and has invested in CAD tools from Cadence, Altium, Siemens and Dassault Systems.

We have a fully equipped lab with high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, precision measurement instruments, electrical assembly and rework equipment, machine shop, and rapid prototyping capabilities including a 3D printer and board assembly reflow capabilities for rapid prototyping and iteration.

Sharp focus on time to market

The team at Pulseforma has extensive experience in product design for medical and commercial markets with successful experience in commercializing products that have been approved by the FDA, UL certified, and meet CE compliance requirements tested by independent labs. Our experience includes conforming to IEC 60601, 61010 and 62368 requirements for medical and IT/consumer space.

We also have extensive experience working with large multination contract manufacturers in setting up dedicated production lines, including design for manufacturing, design for testability, and implementation of automated test fixtures at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure high yields and low costs for high volume manufacturing. We are also able to advise and consult while working with large CMs for process validation, sampling approaches to ensure consistent product quality.

Embedded software expertise includes 32-bit ARM Cortex architectures from STM, TI, NXP and Renesas, 16-bit MSP430 platform, SimpleLink TI Wireless portfolio (BLE, WIFI, Sub-GHz), and Nordic Semiconductor nRF5 plaform.

Electronic Board Design CAD packages supported are Altium, Siemens Xpedition/PADS Professional, and Cadence Orcad Professional. Solidworks Professional is supported for ME CAD design.
